Our Principles
Privacy first
Every tool runs in your browser via JavaScript and Web APIs. No backend processes your input. Anonymous analytics (GA4, Clarity) are gated by Consent Mode v2 for EU/EEA visitors.
No login walls
Use any tool without an account, email, or sign-up. Bookmark and use forever. We don't do email gating or paywalls on basic features.
Fast by default
Static pages, instant tool load, mobile-first, Core Web Vitals optimised. We measure ourselves on PageSpeed Insights and don't ship anything that drops scores.
Honest monetization
A small number of unobtrusive ads on free tools — no auto-ads, interstitials, or popups. A reasonably-priced Pro tier (planned Q3 2026) for batch processing, unlimited AI, and an ad-free experience.
Multilingual from day one
Every tool ships in English, Hindi, Spanish, French, and Arabic — with localised FAQ and SEO content, not just UI strings.
Open by default
Verify our privacy claims yourself: open DevTools → Network tab and watch zero uploads happen. No hidden requests, no silent data collection.

Stax is built and maintained by Harshil Shah, an independent developer based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. After years of shipping web products, he got tired of every "free online tool" site quietly shipping user data to a backend — so he built the alternative he wanted to use.
No VC funding. The site is supported by ads on the free tier and (eventually) Pro subscriptions. That's it.
